We address client changes quickly and decisively. Unaddressed changes can effect schedules, project goals and final outcome.  As changes arise, they are evaluated, 
explored and if feasible incorporated into the existing work stream.

Comprehensive Bidding and Estimating
Our comprehensive bidding process allows our clients, architects and designers 
to compare trade and material pricing for each component of the construction project.  
This allows for accommodations for material substitutions and design changes down 
the road. Our bids are extremely competitive.

    Pre Construction Phase
HP is a partner in the pre-construction phase.  
We contribute and become involved as early as possible to ensure alternate methods and materials are explored 
and evaluated in an effort to maximize client, architectural goals and reduce construction costs.  
We Investigate alternate construction and building materials that have significant cost savings or that improve the value of design.

    We explore materials and systems with reduced maintenance and efficient operating costs.
And suggest and recommend alternative methods and materials that can significantly improve quality, add 
value, decrease cost and enhance overall appearance 
of the project.
