PRECONSTRUCTION PHASE
HP is a partner in the pre-construction phase. We contribute and are involved at the forefront
and ensure alternate methods and materials are explored and evaluated in an effort to maximize client, architectural goals and reduce construction costs. We Investigate alternate construction and building materials that have significant cost savings and/or that improve the overall value of design.
We explore materials and systems with reduced maintenance and efficient operating costs.
And suggest and recommend alternative methods and materials that can significantly improve
quality, add value, decrease cost and enhance overall appearance of the project.

We ensure all architectural plans, structural, and mechanical plans are coordinated and consistent.
Our design/Build approach eliminates many common problems and setbacks associated with extensive and detailed construction projects.
COMPREHENSIVE BIDDING PROCESS
Our comprehensive, extensive and competitive bidding and management process allows and provides our Clients, Architects and Designers options to compare trade, design, function and material pricing for each phase and component of the project.
This allows for accommodations for material substitutions based on design, overall budget and build goals.
