Principle, Herald Possigian - Born and raised within the Orange County area, has spent his extensive builder/contracting career
of over 35 year's within the building and construction industry.
Involved in all aspects of design, builder development, and construction. Initially honing his skills as a journeymen framer, transitioning to a hands-on Luxury Custom Home, Commercial, Contractor Builder and Developer.
With extensive hands-on construction knowledge and building experience that can only be obtained working within all aspects
of the building industry.
A true passion, superior eye for detail, and a ingrained demand
for the highest quality and an endless enthusiasm for design.
Principle, Connie Possigian - also born and raised within the Orange County area, with an extensive background in environmental, residential and automotive design, multi project management, extensive budget and financial and contractural project management.
Involved in all aspects of a build from estimating, design,
project scheduling, management and all aspects of a complete build. Proactive project management, communications and client relations and subcontractor communication skills.
